We offer a specific ambience and fantasy so you can feel the relaxation and comfort as soon as you walk through the door. Feel the peaceful and stylish atmosphere that surrounds you in H-Town. This apartment is located in a GREAT central location to bars, restaurants, medical areas, and NRG Stadium. Easy access to highways and airports. Conveniently located inside the Loop, near Texas Medical Center, Rice University, and Rice Village.
You will be able to sit out on the patio and feel the local vibe. You can also turn on the soft lights on the patio with a glass of wine. It is the perfect couples retreat with enough room for the kids. It’s also perfect for the girls or boys trip so you can relax and have a great time. The Natural Mirage offers plenty of room for the kids with a sleeper sofa so everyone can enjoy the lavish accommodations. We recently added a new gaming console in the guest room. This console is connected to the TV much like a firestick. Once you access the appropriate HMDI input on the TV then you can play over 20,000 Arcade Games from the 70’s through the 90’s from all over the world. The Natural Mirage also has a TV in every room.
It is also the perfect location for traveling Nurses since The Natural Mirage is located right in the Heart of Houston’s World Renowned Medical District. Literally down the street from Helix Park, the collaborative medical research center currently under construction, and expected to be completed in 2025. You will be able to spread out and enjoy the awesome amenities that The Natural Mirage has to offer. Why not enter into a fantasy and escape the city for a moment to relax at The Natural Mirage.
The neighborhood is quiet and tranquil. The residents and guest(s) are very respectful and mindful. There are a plethora of restaurants and bars within 5-10 miles from the community.

Strict no loitering policy. You shall not loiter on the apartment complex grounds nor near the apartment door, hallways or stairways. Loitering around or near the apartment is strictly prohibited.
You must receive prior authorization for Early Check-in Service, either with payment to Surrounding Stays or clear written authorization from Surrounding Stays.
ALL guests expected to stay in the property MUST be listed on the reservation. If you have not included all guests on your current reservation, it is imperative that you create a Change Reservation request to add the additional guests.
Strict no pets policy. Pets are not allowed within the apartment.
Strict no smoking or vaping indoors policy including the balcony / patio. Smoking on the complex property is strictly prohibited. Unfortunately, if you want / need to smoke / vape, it must be outside of the complex grounds.
Strict no illegal substances or paraphernalia of any kind are allowed on the community complex premises and / or within the apartment.
We kindly ask that you wipe your shoes on the mat before entering the apartment, and remove your shoes and place them on the shoe rack before walking on the floor / carpet. (Note: Slippers are recommended.) This is only meant to preserve the flooring / carpet within the Natural Mirage for future guests to ENJOY. (If there is no carpet throughout the "entire" apartment then you can disregard this rule.)
You MUST hang the parking pass on your mirror if you plan to park on garage Levels 1-4. The 5th Level is open for you and / or your guests.
Make sure that you follow any and all community rules, signs, and / or placards posted throughout the community.
Make sure that you do not forget to leave the Parking Pass, Key and / or Key Fobs at the end of your stay. Make sure that you follow the Checkout Instructions for proper return placement of these items upon Checkout.
This community is a tranquil and quiet community. Please be mindful of the other residents and / or guest(s). Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM so ensure that you are more mindful to keep noise levels to minimum during these hours.
Pool hours are from 8 AM to 10 PM (No Exceptions). Make sure that you follow all community rules, signs and / or placards posted at the pool area. Jumping the fence, loud music, smoking, having parties are strictly prohibited in the pool area. Any Glass Cups and / or Glassware are strictly prohibited from the pool area for your safety. We provided several plastic cups to be used in the pool area, but please make sure to return them to the apartment.
Upon booking, you shall accept daily housekeeping service is not normally provided. However, we do provide a cleaning service during your stay for an additional cost. Each cleaning during your stay will be equivalent to the normal cleaning fee. It is the guests responsibility to maintain the property in a clean and sanitary manner while in use. It is also the guests responsibility to leave the premises / property in the same condition as when the guest checked-in with the exception of normal use within the guidelines of the above House Rules.
