Other RulesNo unauthorized house parties or events. Only the guests on the reservation are welcome unless you have previously informed us otherwise.

ALL guests expected to stay in the property MUST be listed on the reservation. If you have not included all guests on your current reservation, it is imperative that you create a Change Reservation request to add the additional guests.

Strict no pets policy. Pets are not allowed within the apartment.

Strict no smoking or vaping indoors policy including the balcony / patio. Smoking on the complex property is strictly prohibited. Unfortunately, if you want/need to smoke/vape, it must be outside of the complex grounds.

Strict no illegal substances or paraphernalia of any kind are allowed on the community complex premises and / or within the apartment.

We kindly ask that you wipe your shoes on the mat before entering the apartment, and remove your shoes and place them on the shoe rack before walking on the floors throughout the apartment. This is only meant to preserve the floors within the Serene Sanctuary for future guests to ENJOY.

Make sure that you follow any and all community rules, signs, and / or placards posted throughout the community.

Make sure that you save the code to open the front door of the apartment. If your phone dies or you do not have your phone on your person then you can use the code to enter into the apartment. If you do not know the code and you do not have your phone then you will need to contact Surrounding Stays at 704-724-0343 or 704-713-4800.

This community is a tranquil and quiet community. Please be mindful of the other residents and / or guest(s). Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM so ensure that you are more mindful to keep noise levels to minimum during these hours.

Pool hours are from 8 AM to 10 PM (No Exceptions) Make sure that you follow all community rules, signs and/or placards posted at the pool area. Jumping the fence, loud music, smoking, having parties are strictly prohibited in the pool area. Any Glass Cups and / or Glassware are strictly prohibited from the pool area for your safety. We provided several plastic cups to be used in the pool area, but please make sure to return them to the apartment.

Upon booking, you shall accept daily housekeeping service is not normally provided. However, we do provide a cleaning service during your stay for an additional cost. Each cleaning during your stay will be equivalent to the normal cleaning fee. It is the guest's responsibility to maintain the property in a clean and sanitary manner while in use. It is also the guest's responsibility to leave the premises / property in the same condition as when the guest checked-in with the exception of normal use within the guidelines of the above House Rules.
