This spacious apartment allows you and your family to come together to enjoy the awesome amenities. The Hidden Gem allows you the opportunity to visit all of the local attractions including the Kemah Boardwalk, NASA Space Center-Houston, El-Jardin Beach, Sylvan Beach Park, Mooner Beach, Stewart Beach, Moody Gardens, and Port of Galveston. Bring the whole family as memories we make with our family are everything. Forget your worries in this spacious hidden gem.
The rooms are very spacious. The Master Bedroom has a EXTREMELY comfortable King Size Bed with comfort 2″ memory foam to ensure a very comfortable night sleep. The Guest Room includes 1 Queen-size Bed with 2″ memory foam so the kids or your guests can sleep comfortably too. We recently added a new gaming console in the guest room. This console is connected to the TV much like a firestick. Once you access the appropriate HMDI input on the TV then you can play over 20,000 Arcade Games from the 70’s through the 90’s from all over the world. The Hidden Gem also has a Roku TV in every room.
You will be able to spread out and enjoy the awesome amenities that The Hidden Gem has to offer.
The Hidden Gem provides any family with a GREAT experience since there is much to do within the complex as well as the amount of attractions within close proximity to the property;

Early Check-in Service is not guaranteed as it depends upon availability, based upon your specific reservation. Note: Surrounding Stays will provide a certain amount of complementary toiletry items for each reservation to start your stay. We may not provide enough toiletries like, tissue, paper towels, body wash, bleach, detergent, toothpaste, etc. as this is based upon your specific consumption of these items. Restocking of these item shall not be provided after the start of your stay as they must be acquired by the guest.

Strict no loitering policy. You shall not loiter on the apartment complex grounds nor near the apartment door, hallways or stairways. Loitering around or near the apartment is strictly prohibited.
You must receive prior authorization for Early Check-in Service, either with payment to Surrounding Stays or clear written authorization from Surrounding Stays.
ALL guests expected to stay in the property MUST be listed on the reservation. If you have not included all guests on your current reservation, it is imperative that you create a Change Reservation request to add the additional guests.
Strict no pets policy. Pets are not allowed within the apartment.
Strict no smoking or vaping indoors policy including the balcony / patio. Smoking on the complex property is strictly prohibited. Unfortunately, if you want / need to smoke / vape, it must be outside of the complex grounds.
Strict no illegal substances or paraphernalia of any kind are allowed on the community complex premises and / or within the apartment.
We kindly ask that you wipe your shoes on the mat before entering the apartment, and remove your shoes and place them on the shoe rack before walking on the floor / carpet. (Note: Slippers are recommended.) This is only meant to preserve the flooring / carpet within the Hidden Gem for future guests to ENJOY. (If there is no carpet throughout the "entire" apartment then you can disregard this rule.)
Make sure that you follow any and all community rules, signs, and / or placards posted throughout the community.
Make sure that you do not forget to leave the Gray and Blue FOBs and / or Keys at the end of your stay. Make sure that you follow the Checkout Instructions for proper return placement of these items upon Checkout.
This community is a tranquil and quiet community. Please be mindful of the other residents and / or guest(s). Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM so ensure that you are more mindful to keep noise levels to minimum during these hours.
Pool hours are from 8 AM to 11 PM (No Exceptions). Make sure that you follow all community rules, signs and / or placards posted at the pool area. Jumping the fence, loud music, smoking, having parties are strictly prohibited in the pool area. Any Glass Cups and / or Glassware are strictly prohibited from the pool area for your safety. We provided several plastic cups to be used in the pool area, but please make sure to return them to the apartment.
Upon booking, you shall accept daily housekeeping service is not normally provided. However, we do provide a cleaning service during your stay for an additional cost. Each cleaning during your stay will be equivalent to the normal cleaning fee. It is the guests responsibility to maintain the property in a clean and sanitary manner while in use. It is also the guests responsibility to leave the premises / property in the same condition as when the guest checked-in with the exception of normal use within the guidelines of the above House Rules.
